Whether you are looking for corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance or wear materials, we’ve got you covered. We have the highest quality bars which will suit all your specification and needs. In our facility we have stock sizes in bar ranging between 1/8” and 12”. Our products can be centerless ground up through 4" in diameter. If you require a larger size or a custom size that is not normally available, contact us so we can get it set up for you.

Sheet/plate metals are available in stock for small to medium orders. For larger quantities, our network of mills supplement what’s available in stock. Our stock varies in thickness and width depending upon the alloy used, but as always, we provide custom thicknesses and widths. For special requirements please contact us.

Our alloy wire is available in a multitude of variations, whether your priority is corrosion resistance, yield strength, close tolerance, or product for welding, we have something for you in stock. Whatever your need is, you are covered. We take pride in our ability to meet our clients at their point of need. The cut and spool lengths available for quick shipment range from 0.0001” to 0.125” in diameter. Contact us for special requirements and inquiries.

We are proud to present to you our very versatile tubing; our tubing is renowned for its high melting points and resistance to oxidation and corrosion. We have a range “standard sizes” for some alloys along with “custom sizes” for rolled pipes and tubing. Mill runs and small quantities are available for tubing, welded and seamless pipes.

We manufacture fasteners for the materials that we stock. If you require something custom in terms of size and strength, we have you covered. We are able to fabricate large and small or even high strength fasteners, all to your individual specifications.

We specialize in quick deliveries, and small quantities. We also offer our services to quantities that are medium to larger needs (2000 pounds, or less) and will estimate for deliveries through our large network of mills for even larger needs.

Although we might stock some alloys we do not produce ourselves, almost all the alloys at HPALLOY can be produced in-house on our press, rotary forges, rolling mill and network of conversion mills, giving us the ability to have a tighter grip on the quality that we deliver to our customers. This also gives us the ability to make custom products made at unusually fast speed without compromising at all on the quality.

We are proud to inform you that a number of our materials are forged in Tipton, right here in our backyard, everything done is right under our nose and we feel that that works to our advantage.
